You agree to: provide accurate information; not use services unlawfully; not reverse-engineer our AI; not use bots or scrapers without permission; not impersonate others; and not transmit malicious content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify SEY from claims arising from: your use of services; violation of these Terms; violation of law; information you provide; or interactions with lending partners.
Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration (AAA) in Miami, FL.
SEY may modify Terms at any time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
